It was hard to be strong in the face of the gift she'd been given, but Maggie managed it somehow, mostly keeping herself together to support Beth while she cried and worked all that emotion out. She would do the same herself later, after they'd found Glenn and the others, when they were somehow safe.

It was equally hard not to smile at that show of determination, the stubbornness that she'd dealt with for so many years and missed so fiercely these past weeks. She'd missed her so much.

Maggie gave her a sister a slightly trembling smile and nodded at her words, squeezing the hand holding hers. "You're right. So long as we're together, we can handle anything." Perhaps it was silly to believe such things, especially looking around at their present circumstances, but she too couldn't be anything but grateful for their reunion. "I don't know where the others are, but they have to be around here somewhere. Glenn, Rick, Daryl. We'll find them, and they'll be so glad to see you."
