Murphy looked down at his hand, blinking a little in surprise. He did still have the knife up. Oops.

"Oh... sorry," he said, clearly distracted and surprised by it. Though he didn't actually put it away until after he'd rolled to the side and pushed himself up so he could stand. A stand that was accompianied by a small bounce on the balls of his feet as he got righted. And then the knife was put away.

Murphy put on a smile. Clearly a nervous one, uncertain because really, he didn't know what the hell was going on. But he was trying to be friendly as he held his hand out in greeting, "Name's Murphy. You don't happen to know how the fuck I got here do you?"
