The whisper was almost too soft for her to hear. She turned to find the source of the noise, and was very pleasantly surprised. A smile immediately lit up her face, as she watched him making his way over to her… so quickly. Alice couldn’t remember how they had gotten into this situation, but a head injury would explain why. Yuri must have felt so worried when he had woken up… It was such a relief to see him.

Well, he certainly seemed eager to see her! She could hardly breathe from how tightly he was embracing her, and keeping her arms trapped down by her sides. Not entirely appropriate, but under those circumstances, Alice could forgive him, this once… When she tried to move back, he kept holding on, so unwillingly to let her go. Her heart couldn’t help softening with sympathy and care, toward her beloved Yuri. After their journey together, and everything else that happened, he must have thought…
