"Thanks, Newt. It means a lot to me, man." He gave the other a smile, then tilted his head a little bit at the follow up. "A what lookin' guy?" Because he couldn't place that term, 'shucky'. He shook his head. "I'll look out for a brunet I don't know." Another smile which was more smirk than anything else; because he knew Daryl, and now this young guy. That was it, from all he'd seen so far. He was clutching to hope that more familiar faces would appear, but at the same time? Glenn wasn't sure what was going on, no one did, really - and he didn't want anyone else involved in something that could be from bad to worse. It would be bad enough that he and Daryl had to be there, same for everyone else that had been sent to.. wherever they were.

Glenn had taken the flashlight out then, and had clicked it on as well. For a second, he watched the young man's face - wondering if the guy was okay. The curiosity was soon voiced; concern lacing the words. "You alright, dude?" If he could be of service, he would; especially since this kid seemed helpful himself. A stranger showing concern was a good thing, and he had to return the favor.

"Before this?" He heard himself sigh; and he shook his head lightly, casting his eyes away along the seats that he could see in the beam of the flashlight. More people that had been given a sure-end; supplies taken since they wouldn't be of use to the really-dead anymore. "I do, yeah - but... it isn't anything you want to hear, honestly." Glenn cast the flashlight along the seats; so many were empty, and he was ready to move forward - but only after he knew if the guy didn't need help of his own.
